Client Portfolio

My client's name is Marisa Ball. She is 52 years old and works as a personal trainer and athletic director. My client is acquiring my help to redesign her great room. Having two possible focal points, my client wants the focal points to be interchangeable. The first focal point is a large, floor to ceiling stone fireplace on the left wall of the room. The second focal point is a large picture window with beautiful views of the mountains at the head of the room. This will be challenging to acquire because the focal points are on different walls. This could create a problem in setting up functional furniture placement. This room will have multiple purposes and will be used often for entertaining, conversation and relaxation. The solution to this problem is two swivel chairs on the right side of the room that can face the fireplace and the large picture window when needed. She would like the room to be formal but also comfortable and cozy. This room will be used by family and company. Her desired style is mountain elegance. Her favorite colors and the colors she preferred to be used in the room are as followed but not limited to red, burgundy, tan, cream, gold and brown. Her favorite material and the material she preferred to be used in the room are as followed but not limited to leather, wood, stone, fur and cotton.  The room currently has a wool rug, bar and bar stools, and a small table.  These items will be kept and added into the design of the room.  Her wants for furniture are a leather couch, two swivel chairs, a tall singular chair, a side table and a coffee table. Her wants for accessories are new lamps, pillows, center pieces and a rug. Her preferred flooring is a dark and real hardwood.  Her preferred wall material and color are paint and a tan or cream color.
